Subway in Ruesselsheim

I am shocked how unfriendly, or rather anti-social, how the manageress supposedly treated us there were two in there because she said immediately out only one person in an outrageously loud aggressive tone because my friends said, please, she just freaked out and screamed that we should go immediately. So shamelessly disrespectful has never been treated!

Absolutely outrageous there, will never enter this shop again and advise everyone to visit this shop again !!!

Got sandwiches there once, the on-site employee was super nice. But I had a pretty painful bowel movement after eating, and then I never went to eat again.

- Closes much earlier than the current (updated!) Opening times - I was there once around 8 p.m. and the manager was relaxed in the shop and said it was closed - do not even open on Sunday - are no longer usable in the evening, two hours before closing. They don't have cookies or bread and you can't rely on card payments either - rude manager It's a shame about such a great shop that is so badly run!

I really wonder how Subway can allow such a shop? Some quality management has to intervene here. To my experience just now, I ordered 2 salads and a sub to take away. When I asked how the high price comes about, the system replied to me. When I tried the salad at the company, it was as if it were sprinkled with sand or something similar (comes from the César sauce, we were able to dispose of it immediately. It's a real shame and never come here as a customer again. The bad reviews about the branch are in my opinion Rightly so, here the boss is in demand or, even better, Subway itself.

Closed due to Corona. No notice on the door. No references to be found in the subway app or on the Internet. Not even a tape announcement on the phone.

The shop actually deserves 0 deaths. The 2 blond women at the cash register, very unfriendly. I haven't seen anything like that in a long time. A very cheeky and absurd answer to perfectly normal questions. I hope they get better staff and their own rules are made there in the shop. Wouldn't recommend the subway in Rüsselsheim to anyone.

Actually no star at all. Rude staff. You get rude answers to normal questions and you don't even get really looked at. Staff have their backs to you! Worst shop I've ever seen If you don't change staff quickly, this shop won't last long!

Unfriendly, lazy employees. You don't get an invoice because the goods you bought weren't even entered into the cash register system, unfortunately I only noticed that in the car when my wife advised me. Never again!

The Turkish boss with her long fingernails is so cheeky. 2 slices on a turkey sandwich although there are always 3 on it. When asked, the customer is cheekily turned on. Vulture. It won't be long until you close soon.

Despite the good location, the store is somehow not running. You seldom see the same face twice and then lately rather haphazardly and unfriendly. It tastes good but since there is no more sub of the day, the price / performance ratio is somehow no longer right.

You can't be more unfriendly! Aggressive employee who claims to be the boss. Then the lady stands in front of the door smoking wildly and articulating and pecking around. Here is customer = I called the police and report you. This branch will no longer be entered in the future.

Delicious and mega. Always happy. Those responsible for the Subway should do more advertising. Many don't even know Subway. So invest a little money in TV advertising and more presence in the media. ☝️

Very unfriendly, have been there often, the employees prefer to send rude voice messages, swear or smoke outside instead of serving a customer. They don't understand vouchers.

Clean and quick grab of bite. Clean and tasty in home baked bread and cookies.

Good place to have a fast lunch at contained prices. Usual choice of subway sandwiches. Good option the sub of the day to save money and eat well.

Sandwiches are tasty and I eat here from time to time. But the staff is very unfriendly. I saw a situation when someone asked how much is a normal chicken sandwich - the stuff laughed and said that there is no 'normal' chicken sandwich. Not everyone know what are you guys selling. You should show them a menu and not laughing at your potential customers. It was very rude and the person who asked the question left the store. I would do the same...

Classic Subway, all good. Nice quantities for the price if you take a "foot long". I do recommend the veggie patty, unexpectedly tasty !

Ok for a quick bite

I was at this branch while passing through. Because of the good station situation and the generous number of seats, there is still the second star of mine. The staff was hard-working and friendly, but only one person was absent, which is not enough for the large number of visitors at lunchtime. The sub itself was unfortunately extremely poor. With a customer in front of me in the queue, I got along, that for every little thing on more surface additional money is required. The amount of cheese, and especially the amount of vegetables used to make the sub, was far below average. Plus point: There is Parmesan here. The toilet is extremely tiny and there was no soap left during my visit. For the passage MAL okay.

Typical Subway fare. Be aware that they toast by default, so if you want it untoasted, tell them beforehand.
